At Dovede, we want to make your shopping experience as smooth and transparent as possible. Below are answers to some of the most common questions our customers ask.


1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely in U.S. dollars (USD).


2. How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.


3. What are your shipping options and fees?

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
  • Flat Shipping Fee: $9.99 per order
    We do not offer expedited or international shipping at this time.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to follow your package’s progress.


5. Can I cancel or change my order?

  • Orders can be canceled only if they have not shipped yet.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
    If you need to cancel, please email support@dovede.com with your order number as soon as possible.

6. What is your return & refund policy?

You may return items within 28 days of receiving your order if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with packaging and tags intact.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 4–9 business days after inspection.
  • Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

7. Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your original order and place a new one separately.


8. What should I do if I receive a defective or wrong item?

Please contact us immediately at support@dovede.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund.


9. How do you protect my payment information?

All transactions are processed using secure payment gateways with SSL encryption. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.
