1. What products does Dovede offer?
We specialize in cookware and kitchen essentials, including plates, bowls, and durable accessories designed for everyday cooking and dining.
Our collection is chosen for quality, practicality, and timeless design, suitable for both home and professional kitchens.
2. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.

3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier, or weather conditions.
4. How much is the shipping fee?
We offer a flat rate of $9.99 per order for domestic U.S. shipments.
At this time, we do not offer expedited or international shipping.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
6. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled only if they haven’t shipped yet.
If your order has already been shipped, you can still return it after delivery.

7. What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 28 days of receiving your order, as long as they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging.

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@dovede.com within 28 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB — as well as PayPal.

10. Are payments secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways that comply with PCI DSS security standards.
We never store your full payment details on our servers.
11. How long do refunds take?
Once your return is approved and processed, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 4–9 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
12. Do you offer gift cards or gift wrapping?
At this time, Dovede does not offer gift cards or gift wrapping services — but we plan to introduce them soon!
