1. When You Can Cancel an Order
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped.
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may still return the item after delivery by following our Return & Refund Policy.

2. How to Request a Cancellation
To submit a cancellation request:
- Email support@dovede.com shortly after placing your order.
- Include your name, order number, and reason for cancellation.
- Our support team will review your request and confirm the order status.
If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 4–9 business days, depending on your payment provider.
3. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
Some orders are not eligible for cancellation, including:
- Orders that have already shipped
- Customized, made-to-order, or personalized products
If your order cannot be canceled, it may still qualify for a return under our Return & Refund Policy once delivered.
4. Refund for Canceled Orders
When your cancellation is approved:
- You’ll receive a full refund, including any shipping fees.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.
- Refunds usually appear in your account within 4–9 business days, depending on your payment provider.
