1. When Can You Cancel an Order?
- You may cancel your order only if it has not been shipped yet.
- Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellations are no longer possible.
- However, you can still return the item after delivery by following our Return & Refund Policy.

2. How to Request a Cancellation
To submit a cancellation request:
- Email support@dovede.com shortly after placing your order.
- Include your name, order number, and reason for cancellation.
- Our support team will review your request and confirm your order’s status.
- If your order has not yet shipped, the cancellation will be approved, and a refund will be issued.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 4–9 business days, depending on your payment provider.
3. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
Some orders are not eligible for cancellation, including:
- Orders that have already shipped
- Customized or made-to-order products
If your order cannot be canceled, it may still be eligible for return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:
- You will receive a full refund, including any shipping fees.
