1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During peak seasons (holidays, major sales), processing may take slightly longer.
  • If your order is delayed, we’ll notify you promptly via email.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Service Area: We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Carriers: Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.
  • Estimated Delivery Time (after processing):
    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, location, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Flat Rate: $9.99 per order (domestic U.S. shipments only).
  • Shipping fees are displayed clearly at checkout before payment.
  • Currently, we do not offer expedited or international shipping.

4. Shipping Coverage

We ship to most U.S. addresses, including residential and commercial locations.

5. Business Days

  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday through Friday.
  • No shipments are made on U.S. federal holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

6. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
  • When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package directly via the carrier’s website.

7. Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Verify your shipping address.
  2. Check with household members, neighbors, or building staff.
  3. Contact your local carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

If you still can’t locate your package, please contact us at support@dovede.com.
We’ll investigate with the carrier, file a claim if needed, and provide an appropriate resolution — either a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
