  • During peak periods (holidays or major sales), processing may take longer.
  • If a delay occurs, we will notify you by email.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 05:00 PM EST (New York). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Service Area: We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Estimated Delivery Time (after processing):
    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Delivery times may vary due to location, weather conditions, or carrier delays. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Flat rate: $9.99 per order (domestic shipments only).
  • Shipping fees are displayed clearly at checkout before payment.
  • At this time, we do not offer expedited or international shipping.

4. Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver to most U.S. addresses.
  • If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

5. Business Days

  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday through Friday.
  • No shipping is available on U.S. federal holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
  • You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

7. Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as “delivered” but has not arrived:

  1. Verify the shipping address provided in your order.
  2. Check with household members, neighbors, or building staff.
  3. Contact your local carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS).

  • Investigate with the carrier
  • File a claim if necessary
  • Provide a resolution, which may include reshipment or refund depending on the circumstances
